2-year Limited Warranty: Mattress Overlay
SleepJoy, LLC ("SleepJoy") guarantees that we will, at SleepJoy’s option, replace or repair purchaser's product if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the product.
This warranty covers:
• any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling; and
• deterioration of the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape.
During the two (2) years of this warranty, SleepJoy will at its option, repair the product at a handling cost to purchaser, or replace the product.
This warranty covers all sizes.
If the product is physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, or not cared for according to the cover instructions, this warranty is void.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from SleepJoy.com. If purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, he/she takes it "as is" and “with all faults.” If the purchase of this product was not directly from SleepJoy.com, proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that purchaser is the original purchaser and eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty.
In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to SleepJoy.com prior to the replacement.

Sleeping like a baby!
I was looking to replace my mattress. I went to a friend and complaining about the prices of a new mattress, when she told me she had the same problem. She told me she was checking prices on the internet when she came across this company's website and decided to try a mattress topper instead of buying a new mattress. I decided to get this topper because I tend to get a little bit overheated at night. Since I bought this topper I'm sleeping like a baby. After a long day at work, I can't wait to get into my new comfortable bed and relax. I definitely recommend this topper to everyone who is looking for a better sleeping experience! And needless to say I saved a lot of money on a new mattress :)
