Warranty
This Memory Foam Mattress Topper is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original consumer. This limited warranty does not apply to damage or loss caused by accident, misuse or failure to follow the use and care instructions. To qualify for this limited warranty, the product must be cleaned in conformance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Should the product have a defect covered by this warranty, simply return it to the manufacturer along with a copy of the sales receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is determined to be covered by this limited warranty, it will be replaced with the identical mattress topper or, if unavailable, with a mattress topper that is equivalent in design and quality.
